Customers outside the UK will be responsible for any customs, import, and taxes charged. We are a business and do not send as ‘friend and family’ or ‘gift’.
No returns or refunds are accepted on custom orders once work has begun, and details agreed. As this is bespoke and a one-off-piece we require all details upfront and after work has begun, they cannot be changed.
This is wearable art first and foremost and we do not recommend excessive exertion in the jersey. This is not a performance sportswear item.
We add the option to improve fitting and stretch by adding extra panels on the side that may not be there in the original jersey. We do this as the donor material often does not have the same stretch as the original polyester. If you choose against this and we provide the jersey and your dictated sizing doesn’t fit, we are not held responsible and can only adjust for an extra fee.
